Delivery, returns, and warranty

Delivery

We prepare and ship your orders within 1 to 2 working days.
 Delivery in France is guaranteed within 2 to 4 working days, depending on the chosen carrier (Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS, or a specialized carrier for heavy or bulky packages).

We also deliver internationally. Contact us to know the delivery times and costs according to your country and the type of equipment ordered.

For heavy amplifiers or bulky instruments, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the safest and most suitable mode of transport.

In case of damaged package
 Always check the condition of your package before signing and take a photo of the package before opening if you notice a problem.
 In case of damage (open package, damaged packaging, noise of breakage...), refuse the package and note specific reservations on the delivery slip. Generic mentions like 'subject to unpacking' have no legal value. Describe the damages precisely and inform us within 48 hours to trigger transport insurance.
 Keep the packaging and photos until the dispute is fully resolved: they will be necessary for opening a case with the carrier.

We always do our best to find a quick solution and return your product to you as soon as possible.

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product for a refund or exchange, without penalty.

Return conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, with its complete packaging and all accessories and instructions provided.
  • Returned items that are incomplete, damaged, used, or soiled cannot be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
  • If the return is requested by the buyer for personal convenience (and not in case of an error or defect attributable to Le Shop), the return shipping costs are at their expense.

Procedure

Contact our customer service by email or phone to obtain a return agreement.
 For returns from France, a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email. You have 5 days after receiving the label to return your merchandise. After this period, return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Refund

The refund is processed within 14 days after receipt or proof of reshipment of your product, via the original payment method (bank transfer or check).

Special cases

If the product is defective upon unpacking, contact us immediately: a customer service support will be set up and we will send you a return label for diagnosis.
 With your consent, we can also arrange for a pickup by a luthier or a partner amplifier repairer in your area, in order to limit delays and avoid a return by carrier.
 If the failure is not covered by the warranty (misuse, adjustment, unproven failure), intervention and return fees may be charged.

Warranty

New products

All new products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years and the warranty against hidden defects.
 These warranties cover defects in conformity and hidden defects observed from the date of delivery. Return costs are then covered by Le Shop.

Commercial warranty

Some new products may benefit from a specific commercial warranty, indicated at the time of purchase.

Second-hand products

All second-hand products are tested and verified before being put on sale. They come with a commercial warranty of 3 months, including parts and labor (unless otherwise stated on the product sheet).

Warranty exclusions

Are not covered:

  • Consumables (strings, batteries, bulbs, fuses…)
  • Accessories, speakers, tweeters, cases, and covers (unless otherwise stated)
  • Abnormal or non-compliant use of the product
  • Damage caused by external intervention or by an unauthorized repairer
  • Damage due to external causes (shocks, surges, lightning, excessive humidity, etc.)

After-sales service

In case of a problem covered by the warranty, contact our customer service.
 With your consent, we can arrange a repair directly through our workshop or through a qualified partner in your area.
 Returned items must be sent in their original packaging, properly protected, with all accessories and instructions provided.
